Allen Kershaw developed and managed Gainsborough Farm for Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid al Maktoum from its existence in 1984 and later worked for Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum at Darley. At Gainsborough, he carved a magnificent Thoroughbred operation from raw land, managing some of the best mares and stallions in the world. He was president of the Kentucky Thoroughbred Farm Managers’ Club in 1992 and honored as Kentucky Farm Manager of the Year in 1997.

Rachel Kimble has worked in a variety of functions within the horse world over the last 12 years. She began as a teacher for hunters and jumpers at Brook Hill Farm in Charlottesville, Virginia. Rachel has worked in Thoroughbred sales for Daniel Jenkins and Eddie Woods as well as trained 2 year olds for Vinery Florida. For the last two years she has worked with Robin Parks at Bluegrass Equine Center.
